CAAA ANNUAL CONFERENCE 2026:
CALL FOR PROPOSALS (EDUCATION)

2026 marks a milestone in Canadian accounting academia. Since the founding of the CAAA in 1976, accounting educators have played a vital role in shaping the future of the profession through innovation in teaching, curriculum design, and student engagement.

The Education Program of the 2026 CAAA Annual Conference invites proposals for interactive, practice-oriented sessions that enhance teaching and learning in accounting. Sessions may include workshops, panels, or discussions designed to foster shared learning and practical classroom impact.

Note: Research papers on accounting education must be submitted to the Call for Papers – Research.

Aligned with the conference theme From Insight to Impact, the Education Program welcomes proposals that explore how accounting educators can prepare students and the profession for the future.
