  • There will be a computer in each room with USB ports. Accordingly, we suggest you bring a copy of your presentation on a USB drive. Please note that you cannot use presenter view via the in-room computer.
  • Alternatively, you may bring your laptop to connect to the in-room AV to access presenter view. Please bring an adapter if your computer does not have an HDMI port.
  • There will be a wireless microphone and slide advancer and document camera available in each room
  • The presenter tables are height adjustable
