 s EDIIB topics such as women in accounting\, Black\, Indigenous\, visible 
 minority\, 2SLGBTQI+ and internationally qualified accountants\, accountan
 ts with disabilities\, and mental health in accounting. Accounting profess
 ionals work to foster EDIIB in their organizations and communities through
  actions focused on valuing and respecting diversity\, cultivating inclusi
 ve workplaces and networks\, and offering supportive programs\, training a
 nd benefits. This workshop provides opportunities for thought leaders\, re
 searchers\, and professionals who are passionate about an inclusive accoun
 ting profession to come together\, share research insights\, discuss best 
 practices\, and explore opportunities for collaboration. Informed by brief
  research summaries and intended to build community and connections across
  academia and practice\, the afternoon workshop is structured around discu
 ssions of key EDIIB themes\, interactive breakout sessions\, and building 
 an agenda for ongoing research and initiatives to foster EDIIB in accounti
