Preferred candidates will have: ยท A leadership position within the discipline, marked by significant contributions to accounting or auditing research; · A track record of publications in top-tier journals; · Evidence of an ongoing research program with potential for further publications in top-tier journals; · A willingness and demonstrated ability to supervise masters and/or doctoral students, and eligibility for prompt appointment to the Faculty of Graduate Studies; · Evidence of effective teaching and a willingness to employ a variety of sound pedagogies consistent with the needs of the Accounting Area and the Schulich School of Business; · A doctorate in accounting or related field. The successful applicant will be expected to support both undergraduate and graduate education.
